Our Rates and Payment Structure

As of late 2024, our standard hourly rate is $90 USD. We strive for transparency in our pricing, so clients understand exactly what they’re paying for.

Payment Terms

To initiate a project, we require an upfront fee of 25% of the estimated total project cost. This initial payment allows us to allocate resources and prioritize your project. The remaining balance will be billed on a monthly basis, aligning with project milestones.

Our invoicing is handled through Stripe, a secure and reliable platform that ensures payment convenience and safety.

VAT: An 8.1% VAT is applied to all invoices, as per Swiss tax regulations.

Estimating Your Project Costs

1. Feature Breakdown: Each feature is reviewed to estimate the time needed for its development.
2. Cost Calculation: We multiply the total estimated hours by our hourly rate: estimated_total_hours * $90 = cost_estimate
3. Upfront Fee: 25% of the cost estimate is required upfront to start development.
4. Monthly Billing: Remaining balance is billed monthly based on hours worked.

Retainer for Ongoing Support

Post-development, we offer a monthly retainer of $4,000, $6,000, and $10,000 for ongoing support, updates, and maintenance. Pricing depends on the platform's support level and user requirements.

Transparency and Communication

We keep you informed with progress updates and detailed reports so you understand where the project stands and how resources are used. If any adjustments in scope are needed, we’ll review and agree on a new estimate with you in advance.
